摘要： Disclosed are a cartridge-type X-ray source apparatus and an X-ray emission apparatus using the same. The X-ray emission apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a cathode electrode that includes a cartridge mounting part on which an X-ray source apparatus is mounted so as to be replaceable and a main body for making X-rays, generated from the X-ray source apparatus mounted on the cartridge mounting part, irradiated to an X-ray irradiation path, wherein the X-ray source apparatus includes an electron emission source using a nanostructure; an anode electrode having a target that emits X-rays by electron bombardment; and a housing that forms an external appearance and exposes a cathode electrode terminal connected to the cathode electrode and an anode electrode terminal connected to the anode electrode to the outside thereof, wherein the cathode electrode terminal and the anode electrode terminal differ from each other in at least one of an exposure direction, a height, a magnitude, and a shape, and the cartridge mounting part includes first and second connection terminals that are brought into physical contact with the anode electrode terminal and the cathode electrode terminal.
