    • An endovascular treatment aiding device whose filter is not caught by a treatment device during retrieval of the endovascular treatment aiding device is disclosed. The treatment aiding device comprises: a flexible shaft; a filter fixed to the shaft, which can be opened and closed in an umbrella-like manner; linear supporting members each of which connects the end portion in the opening-section side of the filter to a part of the shaft such that the filter can be closed by applying an external force to the proximal side; an elastomer member composed of an elastomer in which a penetrating hole (A) is formed, which elastomer member is arranged in the proximal side relative to the opening section of the filter such that the shaft penetrates the penetrating hole (A), wherein the outer diameter of the end face in which the penetrating hole (A) is formed is larger than the outer diameter of the opening-section side of the filter when the filter is closed; and an outer tube in which a penetrating hole (B) is formed, which outer tube is arranged in the proximal side relative to the opening section of the filter such that the shaft penetrates the penetrating hole (B) in a state which allows movement of the shaft in the longitudinal direction; wherein the elastomer member is fixed in the distal side of the outer tube.

    • An endovascular treatment aiding device with which adhesion of the endovascular treatment aiding device to a blood vessel can be confirmed, and which can prevent leakage of a captured substance, is disclosed. The endovascular treatment aiding device is an endovascular treatment aiding device comprising: a flexible shaft; a filter fixed to the shaft such that an opening section is formed in the proximal side, wherein a ring having elastic restoring force is fixed to the opening section, which filter is capable of being opened and closed in an umbrella-like manner, and is in a conical shape having a bottom formed by the ring when the filter is open; and a linear supporting member fixed to the ring and a part of the shaft such that these are connected to each other, which linear supporting member enables to close the filter by application of an external force to the proximal side; wherein coils formed with a radio-opaque material is/are wound around the ring; when the filter is closed, a plurality of mountains pointing toward the distal side and a plurality of valleys pointing toward the proximal side are alternately formed in the ring to form a shape in which the mountains are positioned close to each other, and the valleys are positioned close to each other; and the coils are arranged on the ring such that the coils contain the positions fixed by the supporting member on the ring, but do/does not contain the positions of the peaks of the mountains and the peaks of the valleys.

    • The present invention aims to provide an artificial blood vessel composed of a cylindrical multiple-woven fabric structure, which allows only a small amount of blood leakage and can achieve both antithrombogenicity and cellular affinity. The present invention provides an artificial blood vessel comprising a cylindrical fabric structure in which a cylindrical fabric whose inside contacts blood is arranged, wherein the cylindrical fabric is a fabric prepared by interlacing a plurality of warp yarns and a plurality of weft yarns with each other into a cylindrical shape; the warp yarns and the weft yarns constituting the cylindrical fabric comprise a multifilament yarn having a single yarn fineness of not more than 0.50 dtex, and are bound to an antithrombogenic material; the antithrombogenic material forms an antithrombogenic material layer having a thickness of 1 to 600 nm inside the cylindrical fabric; and the water permeability under conditions where a pressure of 16 kPa is applied to the inner surface is less than 300 mL/cm 2 /min.
