    • The present invention relates to a method for detecting a position or movement of an object (20). According to the method, at a plurality of different locations (13-15) infrared light emitted from the object (20) is received. The infrared light is based on a thermal emission of the object (20). Furthermore, a plurality of infrared light intensity information (A-C) is determined. For each of the plurality of different locations (13-15) a corresponding infrared light intensity information (A-C) is determined based on the infrared light received at the corresponding location (13-15). The position or movement (21, 22) of the object (20) is determined depending on the plurality of infrared light intensity information (A-C).

    • The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive input device comprising a touch layer (4), a frame (6), a first strain gauge device (12), and a second strain gauge device (13). The touch layer (4) is configured to change a dimension of the touch layer (4) due to a force being applied to the touch layer (4). The touch layer (4) is attached along an edge (5) of the touch layer (4) to the frame (6). The first strain gauge device (12) is arranged at the touch layer (4) and configured to detect a strain in a first direction (10) essentially along the edge (5) of the touch layer (4). The second strain gauge device (13) is arranged at the touch layer (4) and configured to detect a strain in a second direction (11) different from the first direction (10).

    • A hands-free accessory for a mobile device may include a microphone element, and a telecoil coupled with the microphone element in parallel. The microphone element and the telecoil are coupled with an output terminal of the hands-free device. The hands-free accessory may further include a capacitor coupled with the telecoil in series. The hands-free accessory may further include an ear speaker. The hands-free accessory may further include a first switch between the microphone element and the telecoil. Alternatively, the mobile device may include a second switch configured to control operation of the microphone element. When the first switch or the second switch is turned off/closed, the microphone element is not operated, and a signal corresponding to an electric current induced in the telecoil is input/transmitted to the mobile device.
