    • A bicycle rear derailleur is provided with a base member (30), a movable member (33), a moving mechanism and an angular adjustment arrangement. The base member (30) includes a first support portion (64) and a first axle (66) with the first support portion being pivotally mounted on the first axle. The movable member (33) includes a second support portion (84), a chain guide (34) and a second axle (86) with the chain guide being pivotally mounted on the second support portion by the second axle. The moving mechanism (31, 32) is coupled between the first and second support portions (64, 84). The angular adjustment arrangement (60, 62) is operatively coupled to adjust the first support portion (64) relative to the first axle (66), and/or adjust the chain guide (34) relative to the second support portion (84) when the moving mechanism (31, 32) is actuated to define a selected gear position of the derailleur:

    • A bicycle control device (12,14) is basically provided with a base member (36), a shift control unit (38), a brake lever (41), a shift operating lever (41,42) and a lever adjustment mechanism (85). The shift control unit (38) is mounted to the base member (36). The brake lever (41) is movably mounted relative to the base member (36). The shift operating lever (41,42) is operatively coupled to the shift control unit (38) to operate die shift control unit (38) when the shift operating lever (41,42) is moved from a rest position along a shift operating path. The shift operating lever (41,42) is movable from die rest position along a non-shift movement path independently of the brake lever (41). The lever adjustment mechanism (85) is operatively coupled to die shift operating lever (41,42) to change a location of die rest position of the shift operating lever (41,42) along the non-shift movement path.
