    • The invention relates to a metering conveyor which allows a reliable control of the amount of bulk material transported by the metering conveyor. The invention is characterized in that a motor-driven conveyor for transporting the bulk material is received separately and in a completely floating fashion, a plurality of measuring devices being arranged and designed in such a manner as to determine the weight load of the bulk material on the conveyor. The separate completely floating bearing arrangement of the conveyor results in an even exertion of force on the bearing of the conveyor and on the load cells arranged thereon. The conveyor can therefore be weighed without the leverage effect a fixed bearing would have. The separate completely floating bearing arrangement of the conveyor also allows the entire conveyor to be weighed on its own without the weight of other components of the metering conveyor.
