摘要： Provided is a sink device capable of allowing a source device to obtain appropriate audio format information. The sink device is bi-directionally communicably connected to the source device. The sink device includes a first memory, and a controller. Stored in the first memory is a plurality of pieces of audio format information including information representing an audio format that the sink device can process. The controller selects, from among the plurality of pieces of audio format information stored in the first memory, one piece of audio format information corresponding to receiver format information representing an audio format that a receiver device connected to the sink device can process. The controller then outputs the selected audio format information to the source device.

摘要： Provided is a broadcast receiver capable of inhibiting interruption of output of a signal related to a transport stream (TS) which is being decrypting at one of CAMs connected to CI slots. Broadcast receiver (100) includes: first and second receiving units (111, 112) that receive broadcast signals and output TSs; switch (150) that selectively inputs the TSs that are output from the receiving units into CI slots connected with CAMs; decoder (140) that decodes signals that are output from the CAMs connected to the CI slots to determine whether results of decryption performed by the CAMs are normal or not; and controller (160) that controls switch (150) to input a first TS that is output from one of the receiving units into each of the CI slots to which each of the CAMs capable of decrypting the plurality of TSs is connected, and when a determination result of decoder (140) is not normal based on the signal that is output from the CAM, controller (160) changes switch (150) to input the first TS into the other CI slot.
