The hearing device comprises a communication unit configured to receive wireless signals transmitted from a transmitting device, which hearing device comprises an output transducer adapted to generate signals that a hearing device user is able to perceive as sound, wherein the hearing device comprises a detection member configured to detect at least one activity state of the hearing device user. A hearing aid system is also disclosed.

摘要： The object of the present application is to provide an indication to a communication partner of a listening device wearer's present ability of perceiving an information (speech) signal from said communication partner. The problem is solved by a perception unit (P-estimator) for establishing a perception measure (PM) indicative of the wearer's present ability to perceive said information signal, and a signal interface (SIG-IF) for communicating said perception measure to another person or device. This has the advantage of allowing an information delivering person (a communication partner) to adjust his or her behavior relative to an information receiving person wearing a listening device to thereby increase the listening device wearer's chance of perceiving an information signal from the information delivering person. The invention may be used for the hearing aids, headsets, ear phones, active ear protection systems.

摘要： According to an aspect, a hearing device adapted to be worn at an ear of a user for in-situ monitoring of a middle ear of the user is disclosed. The hearing device includes a receiver adapted to direct an incident electrical acoustic signal of a predetermined level and a predetermined frequency toward a tympanic membrane of the user; a measurement microphone adapted to covert a reflected sound signal that is reflected from the tympanic membrane in response to the incident electrical acoustic signal to a reflected electrical acoustic signal; a comparator adapted to calculate a level difference between the predetermined level and a reflected level of the reflected electrical acoustic signal; and a notification generator adapted to generate an indicator signal representative of status of the middle ear of the user if the level difference is equal or more than a predetermined threshold level.
