摘要： A machining tool holder (100, 200) including a body (10), a horn (20, 50) and a piezoelectric actuator (32) is disclosed. The body (10) includes a center through hole (12) extending in the axial direction therein. The center through hole (12) includes a first hole section (121) and a second hole section (123). The horn (20, 50) includes a first section (22, 52) and a second section (24, 54) which are disposed coaxially and connected with each other. Part of the first section (22, 52) is slidably inserted into the first hole section (121). The second section (24, 54) is connected to the body (10) and engaged with a tool (3). Part of the surface of the second section (24, 54) contacts with a wall surface of the second hole section (123). The piezoelectric actuator (32) fits around the horn (20, 50) and is controllable to drive the tool (3) to vibrate. With this design, the machining toolholder (100, 200) could have good stiffness and connection stability, and could resist to the stress effectively.

摘要： A machining device (100) is adapted to be provided on a mount provided with a toolholder (2). The toolholder (2) is controllable to rotate and is adapted to be engaged with a tool (4). A primary coil (10) engaged with the tool holder (2) includes a first ferrite core (14) and a first coil assembly (16) detachably engaged with the first ferrite core (14). The first coil assembly (16) is modular molded, and is adhered to be an annular body having a first hollow portion (161). A piezoelectric actuator (20) is electrically connected to the pri mary coil (10) to drive the tool (4) to vi brate. The secondary coil (40) includes a second ferrite core (42) and a second coil assembly (44) detachably engaged with the second ferrite core (42). The second coil assembly (44) is modular molded to be an annular body having a second hollow portion (441).

摘要： A high frequency vibration spindle system (100, 200) with non-contact power transmission and a method for manufacturing a restraining part (50, 240) used therein are disclosed. The high frequency vibration spindle system (100, 200) comprises: a spindle (10, 210); a toolholder (20, 220); an electric power transmission device (40, 230) including a first induction module (60, 250) and a second induction module (70, 260), wherein the second induction module (70, 260) is disposed at the spindle (10, 210) or the toolholder (20, 220), and the second induction module (70, 260) is adapted to receive an electric power from the first induction module (60, 250) in a non-contact electromagnetic induction manner; a transducer (30) adapted to be controlled to vibrate the tool (22) and being disposed at the toolholder (20, 220) and electrically connected with the second induction module (70, 260) to receive the electric power; and a restraining part (50, 240) located between the first induction module (60, 250) and the second induction module (70, 260). By the design of the restraining part (50, 240), the structural strength and stability of the second induction module (70, 260) can be improved, and the maximum rotational speed of the high frequency vibration spindle system (100, 200) can be increased.
