摘要： Provided is an intake noise reduction device that can suppress an occurrence of noise in an intake pipe. An intake noise reduction device (100) disposed on a downstream side of a throttle valve in an intake pipe and including a flow-guiding net (110) that guides an air flow, wherein the flow-guiding net includes a mesh that is configured to be fine in a vicinity of a center of a flow passage in the intake pipe and to become coarser with distance from the vicinity of the center. For example, the mesh flow-guiding net (110) is formed of a plurality of radial portions (111) extending radially outward from the vicinity of the center of the flow passage in the intake pipe and a plurality of concentric portions (112) provided concentrically from the vicinity of the center.

摘要： In a gasket for sealing a gap between a throttle body and an intake manifold that are assembled obliquely to each other, sealing performance is stabilized by preventing the gasket from falling or being caught. A gasket (1) with a substantially pentagonal cross-section is set in an installation groove (21) before a throttle body (20) and an intake manifold (30) are assembled. The gasket (1) is then brought to be in contact only with a close-contact surface (31) of the intake manifold, to which surface, with a throttle body (20) assembled to an intake manifold (30), the gasket (1) in the installation groove is in close contact. After that the throttle body (20) is assembled to the intake manifold (30) by making the gasket (1) to be in sliding contact with the close-contact surface (31).

摘要： A seal device made by combining a seal ring mounted in a mounting groove having a rectangular cross section, a first backup ring, and a second backup ring, wherein there are fewer defects caused by interference with the backup rings having triangular cross sections. To achieve this purpose, the first backup ring is formed into a triangular shape in cross section, and is provided with an end surface part having an axially perpendicular flat surface shape in contact with a side surface part of the mounting groove, a peripheral surface part having a cylindrical surface shape in contact with another member, and an inclined surface part intersecting the end surface part and the peripheral surface part. The second backup ring is formed into a triangular shape in cross section, and is provided with an end surface part having an axially perpendicular flat surface shape with which the seal ring is in contact, a peripheral surface part having a cylindrical surface shape in contact with a bottom surface part of the mounting groove, and an inclined surface part provided in correspondence to the inclined surface part of the first backup ring. A cut part is provided in the corner where the end surface part and the inclined surface part intersect in the first backup ring, and a cut part is also provided in the corner where the peripheral surface part and the inclined surface part intersect in the second backup ring.
