摘要： An intake manifold made of synthetic resin includes first, second and third members stacked in sequence and welded to form the intake manifold; a collector extending inside the intake manifold in a direction of a line of cylinders, a part of wall of the collector being formed by the third member; a plurality of branch passages formed substantially by the first and second members and wound around an outer periphery of the collector; and a connector passage leading from the collector to an outer peripheral side of the branch passage. The first, second and third members are respectively provided with first, second and third cylinder portions that are coaxially arranged with each other in a position between adjacent two branch passages. The connector passage is formed by the first, second and third cylinder portions with the connector passage communicating with an inside space of the collector.

摘要： A first papermaking raw material for an upper layer and a second papermaking raw material for a lower layer are subjected to papermaking so as to form a filtering material with a continuous density gradient from the upper layer to the lower layer. Each of the papermaking raw materials contains natural fibers such as pulp and chemical fibers such as PET. The content of the chemical fibers in the first papermaking raw material is higher than the content of the chemical fibers in the second papermaking raw material. The diameter of the chemical fibers in the first papermaking raw material is larger than the diameter of the chemical fibers in the second papermaking raw material. The thus-obtained filtering material is able to collect a wide size range of particles and is made less susceptible to clogging and longer in life.

摘要： An oil cooler has a core portion (1) formed of stacked core plates (5), a bottom plate (2), a second bottom plate (3) and a top plate (4), and these are brazed in a furnace. The core plate (5) has oil communication ports (13), cooling water communication ports (14) and an oil outlet port (15). The lower end core plate (5) has a boss portion (16) surrounding the cooling water communication port (14) and a boss portion (17) surrounding the oil outlet port (15). Opening portions (32, 33) opposite to the boss portions (16, 17) are formed through the bottom plate (2). Therefore, at the time of the brazing, a melted brazing material is not excessively gathered in the boss portion (16, 17) because the melted brazing material is absorbed in the opening portions (32, 33).
