    • As a result of the disclosure made in the present invention, a multi-layer ceramic substrate with a provision to prevent delaminating and bulging in lamination from occurring is allowed to be realized. The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of multilayer ceramic substrates comprising the steps of applying a pressing force to a ceramic green sheet laminate with a through hole formed therein and an exterior sheet disposed on both surfaces of the laminate, respectively, and firing the resulting pressed laminate. The exterior sheet has a connecting channel leading to the through hole. When a pressing force is applied to the laminate, air existing in the through hole is let out to outside via the connecting channel.

    • The present invention provides:
