摘要： A vehicle operating device (1) is provided with: a portable display unit (5) which displays the state of a vehicle (100); a portable input unit (6) with which it is possible to input operating information for the vehicle (100) on the basis of the display on the display unit (5); a first information processing unit (8) which processes first information (I1) from among the operating information that has been input; a second information processing unit (9) which processes second information (I2) that is different from the first information (I1), from among the operating information that has been input; an interlock system (10) which, in a state of operation, enables only the first information (I1) to be processed, and which, in a state of release, enables the first information (I1) and the second information (I2) to be processed; and a portable wireless output unit (11) which, in the abovementioned state of operation, enables the output of an operation signal for the vehicle (100), said operation signal being based only on the processed first information (I1).
