摘要： A voltage-controlled oscillator has a tuned circuit for controlling the oscillation frequency. The tuned circuit has a variable-capacitance element whose capacitance varies in response to a control voltage and a negative capacitance circuit whose impedance frequency characteristics have opposite characteristics to those of a normal capacitance, and which is connected to the variable-capacitance element. The configuration enables increasing the variation ratio corresponding to the control voltage of the combined capacitance composed of the variable-capacitance element and negative capacitance circuit, thereby broadening the oscillation frequency band.

摘要： A voltage-controlled oscillator has a tuned circuit for controlling the oscillation frequency. The band-pass filter includes: a four-terminal pair 90-degree hybrid circuit (10) for distributing power into two directions with a phase difference of 90 degrees; and a band elimination filter circuit including a plurality of unit circuits (15) and (16) connected to each other, each of the plurality of unit circuits including a series circuit of a coil and a capacitor and a parallel circuit of a coil and a capacitor, which are connected with each other, input terminals of the plurality of unit circuits being connected with coupling terminals (13) and (14) of the hybrid circuit (10) and output terminals of the plurality of unit circuits being terminated with resistors having impedance values equal to an output impedance.

摘要： A band-pass filter is provided to have a little phase change in a pass band and a steep frequency characteristic. The band-pass filter comprises a four-terminal pair and 90-degree hybrid circuit (10) and a band-elimination filter circuit. The hybrid circuit (10) distributes power to two portions, which have 90-degree phase differences with each other. The band-elimination filter has a plurality of connected unit circuits (15, 16) and resistances. Each of unit circuits (15, 16) is composed of a series circuit of an inductance coil and a capacitance and a parallel circuit of an inductance coil and a capacitance, wherein the series circuit is connected to the parallel circuit. Input terminals of the unit circuits (15, 16) are connected to coupling terminals (13, 14) of the hybrid circuit (10), respectively, while output terminals of the unit circuits (15, 16) are terminated by the resistances that have the same impedance values as output impedances of the unit circuits (15, 16), respectively.
