摘要： A gas-insulated electrical device (1) includes a covering film (5) covering an inner surface of a ground tank (2) filled with an insulation gas. The covering film (5) is formed of an insulation dielectric covering film that becomes more positively charged than metals in a triboelectric series, and becomes positively charged upon contact with metal foreign matter (6). At the same time, the metal foreign matter (6) becomes negatively charged upon contact with the covering film (5). In a case where the high-voltage conductor (3) is charged to a negative polarity, a Coulomb's force acts on the metal foreign matter (6) in contact with the covering film (5) in a direction away from the high-voltage conductor (3). The metal foreign matter (6) in the ground tank (2) is thus suppressed from floating.
