    • A method for deriving a motion vector predictor of a current block, by a decoding apparatus or an encoding apparatus, comprises deriving a first motion vector predictor (mvp) candidate, wherein the first mvp candidate is derived based on a first motion vector of an available block among a bottom left block and a left block of the current block when there is the available block among the bottom left block and the left block; deriving a second mvp candidate, wherein the second mvp is derived based on a second motion vector of an available block among a top right block, a top block and a top left block of the current block when there is the available block among the top right block, the top block and the top left block; constructing a mvp candidates list based on at least one of the first mvp candidate and the second mvp candidate; and determining the motion vector predictor for the current block, wherein the motion vector predictor for the current block is selected from mvp candidates in the mvp candidates list.
      The first mvp candidate is derived by scaling the first motion vector of the available block among the bottom left block and the left block when there is the available block, among the bottom left block and the left block, of which reference picture is different from a reference picture of the current block. In the deriving the second mvp candidate, scaling for the second motion vector is not available when there is the available block among the bottom left block and the left block and the scaling for the first motion vector is applied in the deriving the first mvp candidate.

    • A method of decoding video data comprises (S310) deriving a motion vector predictor candidate of a current block from a neighboring block group based on a check order, wherein the neighboring block group includes a left neighboring block (A m ) and a bottom left neighboring block (A m+1 ).
