The pixel driving chip (120) allows the light emission part (ELP) to emit light, based on the digital pixel data (Pdata) and the reference clock (RCLK) input thereto.

    • A touch sensor integrated display device and a method for driving the same are disclosed. The touch sensor integrated display device includes a display panel (10), in which each pixel (P) of a pixel array includes an OLED and a driving TFT applying a source-drain current to the OLED, the pixel array is virtually divided into touch blocks (BL1, ..., BLk), and at least one sensing target pixel line (HL1, ..., HL3m) is assigned to each touch block (BL1, ..., BLk), and a panel drive circuit (12, 13) which, in a touch sensing period (TSEN), supplies a scan control signal and a sensing control signal to pixels (P) disposed on the sensing target pixel line (HL1, ..., HL3m), sets a gate-source voltage of the driving TFT suitable to turn on the driving TFT, and outputs a sensing value by sensing a change in the source-drain current of the driving TFT caused by a touch input.

    • Disclosed are a device and method for sensing the threshold voltage of a driving TFT included in an organic light emitting display so that a change in the threshold voltage of the driving TFT is sensed during real-time operation by reducing sensing time. First and second sensing voltages are obtained by fast sensing in the TFT linear region, and a change in the threshold voltage of the driving TFT is obtained based on the sensing ratio between the sensing voltages. Thus, a number of processes for deducing a change in threshold voltage, i.e., programming, source node resetting, sensing, and sampling, may be performed during the vertical blanking interval. That is, it is possible to sense a change in the threshold voltage of the driving TFT DT during real-time operation, without the need of arranging a time during power-on or power-off in order to sense a threshold voltage change, thereby improving compensation performance.
