    • The present invention provides a gas pressure regulating valve capable of, even under a high-pressure fuel gas circumstance, more precisely regulating secondary pressure of the high-pressure fuel gas to target pressure and preventing the fuel gas from leaking to the atmosphere.
      An electromagnetic pressure regulating valve 1 includes a valve body 14 and causes a valve body 14 to move by an electromagnetic proportional solenoid 27 to adjust an opening degree of a valve passage 13, thereby regulating secondary pressure p 2 to target pressure. A pressure return chamber 24 is formed in the housing 12, and a diaphragm seal 19 is provided at the valve body 14. The diaphragm seal 19 receives the secondary pressure p 2 of the pressure return chamber 24 to cause the valve body 14 to move toward a closed position. A bearing member 18 is provided between the valve body 14 and the housing 12. In a gap between the valve body 14 and the housing 12, a high-pressure sealing member 20 is provided closer to the valve passage 13 than the bearing member 18, and a low-pressure sealing member 21 is provided closer to the bearing member 18 than the high-pressure sealing member 20. A buffer chamber 22 connected to a secondary port 12c is formed between the sealing members 20 and 21.

    • The present invention includes: a valve main body (5) including a filling port (6) through which a fuel gas (G) is filled in a tank (100) and an output port (7) through which the fuel gas (G) in the tank (100) is output; and a jet flow deflection piece (10) through which the fuel gas (G) to be filled through the filling port (6) is ejected at a predetermined angle relative to an axial direction of the tank (100). The jet flow deflection piece (10) includes: a fuel ejecting portion (17) including an ejection port (11) through which the fuel gas (G) is ejected into the tank (100); and a temperature measuring portion (13) in which a temperature sensor (20) configured to measure a temperature of the fuel gas (G) to be filled in the tank (100) is provided. Thus, the temperature of the fuel gas when filling the fuel tank with the fuel gas can be precisely measured and monitored.

    • The present invention provides a fuel gas supplying and filling system for a fuel gas consuming unit, the fuel gas supplying and filling system being capable of using a supply passage in both filling and supplying operations and improving the airtightness and reliability of a fill passage without increasing components. In a fuel gas supplying and filling system 1, a high-pressure tank 3 and a fuel gas consuming unit 2 are connected to each other by a supply passage 4, and an electromagnetic pressure regulating valve 6 is provided on the supply passage 4. Moreover, an electromagnetic on-off valve 7 is provided between the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve 6 and the high-pressure tank 3. Further, a fill passage 51 is connected to a portion of the supply passage 4, the portion being located between the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve 6 and the electromagnetic on-off valve 7. The fill passage 51 is configured such that the high-pressure fuel gas can be supplied through a filling opening. When the high-pressure fuel gas is introduced to a downstream side of the electromagnetic on-off valve 7, the electromagnetic on-off valve 7 opens the supply passage 4, which has been closed by the electromagnetic on-off valve 7.
