摘要： A valve housing of the control valve has a communication passage communicating a suction port of the compressor with a crank chamber of the compressor. A main valve is provided in the valve housing for opening and closing the communication passage. A spring member resiliently biases the main valve toward its closed position. A pressure actuated unit moves the main valve toward the open position by receiving a suction pressure of the compressor. A flow adjustment valve is disposed in the valve housing for adjusting an open degree of a leak passage and receives the discharge pressure exerting a force on the flow adjustment valve toward its closed position. The flow adjustment valve increases a leak flow rate of a fluid flowing from a discharge port of the compressor to a crank chamber through a leak passage when the compressor provides a lower discharge pressure. A correction spring is disposed between the main valve and the flow adjustment valve. The correction spring resiliently biases a valve element of the main valve toward the open position and increases in spring force with transfer of a valve element of the flow adjustment valve toward its closed position.

摘要： A valve housing of the control valve (30) has a communication passage between the suction port (14) and the crank chamber (3) of the compressor. The control valve (30) consists of a ball valve element (38) which opens and closes according to suction pressure Ps acting on the diaphragm (45). If the suction pressure decreases below the reference pressure (Pss) the two correction springs (54,55) close the valve by moving the valve stem (40) against the valve seat (39). The spring force of the correction spring (55) is dependent on the external air temperature and consists of shape memory alloy (SMA).

摘要： A valve housing has a communication passage communicating a suction port of the compressor with a crank chamber of the compressor. A valve element opens and closes the communication passage, and a spring member resiliently biases the valve element toward the closed position. A pressure actuated unit moves the valve element toward the open position by a suction pressure of the compressor. The spring member includes a spring made of a temperature responsive material. The spring decreases in its resilient force in an opening direction of the valve element with increase of an outer-air temperature. The spring member has a primary spring made of an ordinary resilient material for resiliently biasing the valve element toward the closed position and a correction spring made of a material having a temperature positive characteristic. The correction spring provides a correction spring force smaller than a primary force of the primary spring in the opposite direction to the primary force. The combined spring force of the primary spring and the correction spring acting on the valve element.

摘要： An electromagnetic control valve which is capable of controlling with small electromagnetic force is provided. In such electromagnetic control valve, a pressure-sensitivity control mechanism is provided in a space leading to the suction side of the compressor such that the pressure-sensitivity control mechanism faces to the crankcase pressure introducing opening of the valve main body. This pressure-sensitivity control mechanism is formed by a piston which comes into contact with the bottom surface of the valve rod. The differential pressure between the crankcase pressure and the suction pressure of the compressor is detected by the piston. Upon receipt of detection signals from a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor and an external signal, the pressure-sensitivity control mechanism adjusts the flow of refrigerant from the discharge side (high-pressure side) to the crankcase side of the compressor. Thus, the differential pressure can be controlled.

A main bearing (35) located in the vicinity of the compression mechanism (M) rotationally supports the rotary shaft (33). The rotary shaft (33) has an in-shaft passage (43). The in-shaft passage (43) has an inlet (46), which is directly connected to the oil passage (48), and an outlet (431), which opens to the motor chamber. The main bearing (35) is exposed in the oil passage (48). The motor chamber is the suction pressure zone.

摘要： An electric compressor includes an inverter cover. The inverter cover has a metal plate that is arranged to cover an inverter (a circuit board). The metal plate has bolt insertion holes, through which metal bolts for fixing the inverter cover to a suction housing are passed. The head of each bolt contacts a flange portion, which is the periphery of the corresponding bolt insertion hole. The inverter cover is formed of plastic by being molded in a mold, using the metal plate as a core.
