    • The invention relates to a device for the transvascular implantation and fastening of heart valve prostheses. Said device comprises a self-expanding heart valve stent (10) which can be inserted into a patient's aorta and is provided with a heart valve prosthesis (11) at the proximal end thereof. The aim of the invention is to optimize such a device in such a way that the heart valve prosthesis (11) can be implanted in a patient by means of a minimally invasive intervention, especially ensuring greater accuracy with which the prosthesis (11) is positioned on the patient's ventricle. Said aim is achieved by providing the inventive device with a self-expanding positional stent (20) in addition to the self-expanding heart valve stent (10). Said positional stent (20) can be inserted all the way to an aortic valve position of a patient while being embodied separately from the heart valve stent (10). The positional stent (20) and the heart valve stent (10) are configured so as to cooperate in the expanded states thereof in such a way that the positional stent (20) helps retain the heart valve stent (10) in the patient's aorta in a position relative to the heart valve which can be predefined by the positional stent (20).
