    • The invention relates to a device for measuring the activity of neuronal networks using a structured semiconductor substrate comprising a plurality of sensor elements which respectively have at least one electroconductive detection electrode (E) arranged on the surface of the semiconductor substrate for the detection of neuronal signals of the neuronal network. Said sensor elements are arranged in such a way that electrical sensor output signals can be emitted by means of respective sensor outputs (SA) of the sensor elements, according to the detected neuronal signals. The semiconductor substrate also comprises a plurality of amplifying elements (V; TKV) which respectively comprise at least one amplifier input and at least one amplifier output (VA). An amplifying element (V; TKV) is associated with each sensor element, the amplifier input of the amplifying element being electrically connected to the sensor output (SA) of the respective sensor element, and the amplified sensor output signal can be emitted by means of the amplifier output (VA) as an amplifier output signal. Said semiconductor substrate further comprises at least one activity evaluation device comprising at least one evaluation input and at least one evaluation output, the evaluation input (digital out; analog out) being electrically connected to at least one of the amplifier outputs (VA). The activity evaluation device is arranged in such a way that, according to the amplifier output signal, it generates an activity signal which is a measure for the activity of the neuronal network, and emits the same by means of the evaluation output.

    • The invention relates to a device, especially for patch-clamping vesicles and/or for dispensing small, defined liquid amounts onto surfaces. The device is characterized in that in a substrate (2) at least one pipette in the form of a through hole (8) with a predetermined diameter is produced, a rim (16) of the through hole (8) protruding from a neighboring surface (4) of the substrate (2) by a predetermined length.
