According to the animation effect display method provided in an embodiment of this application, before an animation effect is displayed, a UI thread of an application, or a rendering thread of the application, or a rendering process determines controls whose properties change in duration of the animation effect, and determines properties of controls on an interface of each frame, and then the rendering thread of the application or the rendering process generates, based on the properties of the controls on the interface of each frame, a bitmap corresponding to the interface of the frame. Because the properties like sizes and locations of the controls on the interface of each frame are determined before the animation effect is displayed, the UI thread does not need to perform measurement, layout, and drawing and recording (recording) on the interface of each frame, so that display of the animation effect is not affected by UI thread blocking.

The system includes: an IGMP proxy unit set in an access network and providing information of a multicast group to which a terminal belongs. The IGMP proxy unit receives data sent from a multicast data source, and sends the data to a base station which then sends the data to the terminal. Well combined with the mobile network, the solution in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention simplifies the IP multicast in the mobile network, makes the transfer of multicast data transparent with respect to the core network of the mobile network, thereby making it convenient for a user to visit all multicast data source in the existing Internet. This technique can be used in such mobile communication networks as WCDMA, CDMA2000, GSM and TD-SCDMA.
