    • A 6 mm long and 1.5 wide antenna (3) is evaporated on a surface of a 7 mm long and 2.4 mm wide inlet film (1), and a slit (4) is formed in the antenna.
      An IC chip (5) is mounted on the antenna over the slit like a bridge to configure an inlet. The inlet is wound on a 7 mm long shaft (6) having a diameter of 0.8 mm in its longitudinal direction. The shaft with the inlet wound thereon is inserted in an inside of an 11 mm long outer coating cover (8) having a diameter of 1 mm, the cover being made of resin. The cover with the shaft and the inlet therein is passed through a heater cylinder for fusion by heat, thereby providing the coating to the RFID tag. This results in a small bioimplant RFID tag.

    • A first inlet is formed by patterning a first antenna (11) mounting a first IC chip (11a) in a loop shape near in an external periphery area of an IC card (13), the card being structured by laminated both planes of the first inlet with outer package material such as PET. A compact inlet (14) including a second antenna (12), a second IC chip (12a) and a matching circuit (12b) is attached to a top or bottom surface of the card, crossing at a right angle a portion of the first loop antenna (11). With this antenna layout, the second antenna (12) can be made compact to 0.2 λ or shorter by using the first antenna (11) as an auxiliary antenna, and the card can operate without interference between the first antenna (11) and second antenna (12).
