摘要： In a known method for producing a porous carbon product, template material in the form of template particles, which contain macropores, and a polymerizable precursor substance for carbon are provided. The macropores of the template are infiltrated with the precursor substance in dissolved or melted form. After the carbonization of the infiltrated precursor substance, the template is removed in order to form the porous carbon product. According to the invention, in order to modify the method in such a way that a carbon structure having hierarchical porosity having a high fraction of mesopores having pore sizes in the range of 2 to 50 nm is obtained, after the infiltration according to step (c) and before the carbonization according to step (d), the precursor substance is subjected within the macropores of the template to a treatment at a foaming temperature at which the precursor substance foams under polycondensation and fills the macropores as substantially mesoporous foam, in which at least 70% of the pores have pore sizes in the range of 10 to 150 nm.

摘要： The invention relates to a composite made of a porous carbon and an active material containing sulphur and to method for producing same. A method for producing a composite made of a porous carbon structure and sulphur is disclosed, said composite being characterised by a high capacitance and a low capacitance loss, when used as an electrode material for a lithium-sulphur secondary battery. According to the invention, a dispersion of carbon powder, an active material containing sulphur and an aqueous medium are treated hydrothermally at a temperature sufficient for melting sulphur. The liquid phase which forms, which contains the melted sulphur and water, infiltrates the pores of the porous carbon.

摘要： The invention relates to a known method for purifying SiO2-particles. A bed of the particles is heated in a reactor with a vertically oriented middle axis and is thus exposed to a treatment gas which is guided through the reactor and the bed from the bottom to the top and with a given flow rate. Based thereupon, the aim of the invention is to provide an improved purification method and a simple device suitable therefor. According to the invention, a chlorous treatment gas which is adjusted to a treatment temperature of at least 1,000° C in the area of the bed is used for the purification method. The flow rate is adjusted to at least 10 cm/s. According to the inventive device for carrying out the inventive method, a gas shower is provided for the gas supply. The gas shower is provided with a plurality of nozzle openings which are distributed laterally in relation to the middle axis, are arranged underneath the bed and serve for introducing the treatment gas into the bed. The SiO2-granulation purified according to the inventive method consists of naturally occurring raw material and is characterised by an iron content of less than 20 wt. ppb, preferably less than 5 ppb, a manganese content of less than 30 wt. ppb, preferably 5 ppb, a lithium content of less than 50 ppb, preferably 5 ppb, and a chromium, copper and nickel content of less than 20 wt. ppb, preferably 1 ppb, respectively.

摘要： The invention relates to methods for producing a coated component consisting of quartz glass, according to which the component surface is at least partially provided with a SiO2 glass composition that differs from the quartz glass of the base body. The aim of the invention is to provide a novel way of coating a quartz glass component with a SiO2 glass composition that can be produced in a cost-effective, reproducible manner, with any thickness, and can fulfil various functions according to the concrete embodiment thereof. To this end, an amorphous slip containing SiO2 particles is produced and applied to the surface of the base body, forming a slip layer which is dried and then vitrified, forming a SiO2 glass composition. The quartz glass components coated in this way can be advantageously used especially in the production of semiconductors.

摘要： Known lithium-ion cells for a secondary battery comprising an electrode have an active material layer containing active material particles in contact with a nonaqueous electrolyte and a particulate, porous additive. In order to achieve, using this as a basis, an improvement in the lithium-ion cells in respect of their gravimetric and volumetric energy density and in respect of inexpensive and reproducible production and in particular in order to ensure that the desired properties of the active material layer are not changed, or are not changed to an unacceptable degree, by compression during calendering, the invention proposes the use, as additive, of porous carbon particles with a porosity in the range between 50% and 95% and having macropores which are fluidically connected to one another and which are delimited by carbon walls with an average wall thickness in the range of from 5 to 500 nm.

摘要： Build-up granulation and compaction granulation methods are generally known for producing granules from porous inorganic material. In order to allow a cost-efficient yet also reproducible production of porous granules having a more pronounced hierarchical pore structure, the invention relates to a method comprising the following steps: (a) supplying a feedstock flow to a reaction zone in which the feedstock is converted to material particles by means of pyrolysis or hydrolysis, (b) depositing the material particles on a deposition surface (1a) forming a soot layer (5), (c) thermally hardening the soot layer (5) to form a porous soot plate (5a), and (d) comminuting the soot plate (5a) to form porous granules (13).
