摘要： An injection nozzle for use in injecting lubricating oil into cylinders in large engines is provided. The nozzle is adapted for fastening in a cylinder wall with a nozzle rod extending through the cylinder wall and with a nozzle outlet at the inner end of the nozzle rod. The nozzle rod includes a cylindrical valve seat boring with a displaceable valve body having a cylindrical sealing face which interacts with the cylindrical valve seat boring of the nozzle rod, the valve body biased by a spring for effective closing of the valve. The valve body is formed by a cylindrical rod having a turned recess in the cylindrical sealing face of the valve body. The turned recess is arranged at the inner end of the valve body with parts of the cylindrical sealing face of the valve body at each side of the turned recess.

摘要： There is disclosed a system for dosing lubricating oil into cylinders, preferably in twostroke diesel engines, for example marine engines. The system includes: - injection units (251) provided in the walls (57) of the cylinders as a number of injection units are used for each cylinder; - a lubricating apparatus (252) for delivering a dosed amount of lubricating oil under pressure to the injection units; - means (56) for detecting the load of the engine; - an exhaust valve (55) connected to an actuator (53) for displacing the exhaust valve; and - a control unit (50) for electronic control and timing of the closing time of the exhaust valve of the cylinder, depending on detection of the engine load, as a signal is transmitted to the actuator, and as an adjustment of the closing time of the exhaust valve in relation to the actual engine load is performed. The control unit is also adapted to electronic control and timing of the lubricating oil delivery. In order to possibly improve engine emission and enhance utilisation of the lubricating oil, the system further includes: - a connection (44) between the means (56) for detecting the engine load and the control unit (50) for transferring the detected data; and - a connection (43) between the control unit (50) and the lubricating apparatus (252) for transferring a control signal to the lubricating apparatus for adjusting the timing of the lubricating oil delivery in dependence of the engine load.

摘要： There is disclosed an injector (1), a method and a dosing system for injecting cylinder lubrication oil in large diesel engine cylinders, e.g. in marine engines. A number of injectors are arranged in a plane perpendicular to the cylinder axis, and each injector includes an injector housing (25) and a nozzle tip (5) provided in continuation of the injector housing, the nozzle tip provided at its outer free end with several nozzle apertures (10) for delivering several lubricating oil jets (A, B, C, D) from each injector onto the cylinder wall (10). In order to perform even distribution of the lubricating oil even if the injectors are not evenly distributed along the periphery of the cylinder, the nozzle apertures are provided under different angles radially relative to a centre line (22) through the nozzle tip as well as axially relatively to a plane perpendicular to the centre line of the nozzle tip. Hereby, the centre (15) of the lubricating oil jets (A, B, C, D) will be provided on the cylinder wall at the same level above the injectors but at different areas of the periphery of the cylinder wall.
