    • The present invention relates to a radiation image capturing system, a radiation image capturing method and a program. The processor controls the changed image capturing apparatus according to the changed image capturing conditions.

    • A capsule endoscope swallowable in a body (10) is provided, and includes an image pickup device (34) for picking up an image (113, 114) in the body. A transmitter (55) externally transmits information of the image. By use of an acceleration sensor (59), a capsule moving speed is detected in the body. A CPU (50) as pixel number changer changes a pixel number (Pmax, Pmid, Plow) of the image, namely resolution of the image according to information (V, L, ΔL, SI) of the capsule moving speed. The CPU sets the pixel number lower according to lowness of the capsule moving speed (V). Also, the CPU sets the pixel number lower according to lowness of a capsule moving distance (L, ΔL), and/or according to highness of similarity degree (SI) between plural consecutive images. Preferably, the CPU sets the pixel number by at least one of pixel binning, pixel thinning and pixel averaging.

    • When a program is started upon turning on a power, a capsule endoscope (CE) (11) is activated under a normal shooting mode and starts shooting images with light sources on. Using a remote controller (49) for mode change, a mode change command is emitted to the CE. The image data thus obtained is input to a mode changer. The mode changer analyzes the image data and switches to a setting change mode when the image data is recognized as the mode change command. A two-dimensional code is displayed on a monitor of a command production device. The two-dimensional code is shot with a CCD. The image data thus obtained is input to a setting changer. The setting changer rewrites an argument in a setting value table to an argument designated by the setting change command.
