摘要： A medicine syringe (1) has a syringe barrel (2), piston (3) and plunger rod (4). The syringe barrel is provided with a cylindrical main body (21) defining therein a chamber (211) to be filled with a medical solution, and an injection nozzle portion (22) formed at an end portion of the main body and defining therein a hollow bore (221) in communication with the chamber. The chamber and hollow bore have a total capacity of not greater than 0.5 mL. The chamber and hollow bore are formed such that the piston is slidable in a range of from 20 to 100 mm and is allowed to slide liquid-tight into the hollow bore beyond the chamber.

摘要： A plastic-made nozzle cap (1) for a plastic syringe includes a leg section (11), a cavity top wall portion (14), and a finger knob (12) for the attachment/detachment of the nozzle cap. The leg section is structured for connection with a female Luer lock fitting (24) formed face-to-face with an outer circumferential wall (23) of a syringe nozzle (21). The cavity top wall portion is provided with a curved surface having a downwardly-convex, radius of curvature ranging from 0.6 to 12.0 mm for being brought into contact with a tip (22) of the syringe nozzle to maintain sealing performance. The finger knob is arranged on an upper side of the leg section, and extends above the female Luer lock fitting in a state that a syringe barrel (2) and the nozzle cap have been connected together. 摘要： Disclosed is a plastic cap useful for steadfastly maintaining a sealed state created in a container having a mouth with an opening defined therein by sealing the opening with a sealing member. The plastic cap has a cap main body (1) and a cover portion (2) integrated with the main body via bridge portions (3; see FIG. 1 ). The bridge portions (3) are formed of a synthetic plastic (132) filled in fusion-bonding holes (13) having a diameter of from 0.3 to 3 mm and arranged extending through a top wall (16) of the cap main body (1). The bridge portions (3) are constructed such that the cap main body (1) and the cover portion (2) are integrally fusion-bonded by the bridge portions (3) and the cover portion (2) can be separated from the cap main body (1) by breaking the bridge portions (3) with hands.

摘要： The present invention provides a medical container: that is configured of an upper member and a lower member; that can be molded by injection molding; that has an excellent dimensional accuracy; and in addition to these, that is capable of effectively preventing the trouble that a molten resin for joining the upper member and the lower member enters the container. The present invention is a bottomed tubular medical container 1 made of a resin and continuously configured of a neck 12, a shoulder 14, and a body 16. The medical container 1 includes an upper member 2 and a lower member 4 each having a structure obtained by vertically dividing the medical container 1, a circular recess is formed at a circular lower end face of the upper member 2 along a shape of the lower end face, and in the lower member 4, a circular projection is formed at a circular upper end face of the lower member 4 along a shape of the upper end face, the circular projection of the lower member 4 is inteiference-fitted to the circular recess of the upper member 2, further, a fitting portion between the circular projection and the circular recess is sealed with a molten resin 6 from an outer circumferential side of the medical container 1, and the upper member 2 and the lower member 4 are fixed with the molten resin 6.
