摘要： There is provided a transfer sheet with improvement in smudges and blurs of a transfer layer when printed matters are produced even after storing the transfer sheet under high temperatures. The transfer sheet according to the present invention comprises a substrate, and in the order a peel layer and a transfer layer on the substrate, wherein the peel layer contains a binder resin, a silicone oil and/or a wax component and the total contents of the silicone oil and the wax component in the peel layer is 0.1 mass % or more and 15 mass % or less, based on the solid content of mass of the binder resin.

摘要： There are provided a method for forming a print obtained by transferring a transfer layer from which a removal region has been accurately removed onto a transfer receiving article and a method for peeling off a transfer layer by which a removal region of the transfer layer can be accurately removed. The method for forming a print comprises, by using a transfer film in which a transfer layer is provided on one surface of a support, a thermal transfer sheet in which a peel-off layer is provided on one surface of a substrate, and a transfer receiving article, a step of removing a removal region of the transfer layer of the transfer film by means of the peel-off layer of the thermal transfer sheet and a step of transferring the transfer layer from which the removal region has been removed onto the transfer receiving article. A print is obtained by preparing a transfer film 10 in which a transfer layer 5 is provided on one surface of a support 1 and (i) a thermal transfer sheet 100 in which a fusible layer 52 and a peel-off layer 51 are provided on the same surface of a substrate 50, or (ii) a first thermal transfer sheet 100A in which a fusible layer 52 is provided on one surface of a first substrate 50A and a second thermal transfer sheet 100B in which a peel-off layer 51 is provided on one surface of a second substrate 50B, transferring the fusible layer 52 onto at least a portion of the removal region of transfer layer 5, then, removing the removal region of the transfer layer 5 by means of the peel-off layer, and subsequently, transferring the transfer layer 5 from which the removal region has been removed onto a transfer receiving article 300.

one of the first dye layer and the second dye layer further contains at least a releasing agent selected from a first group consisting of silicone oils, silicone-modified resins and phosphoric esters, and another dye layer further contains either one or both of at least a releasing agent selected from the first group and a cellulosic resin, and
the third dye layer (1) contains no releasing agent of the first group, or (2) contains the releasing agent at an amount of not more than 0.3 % by weight based on the total weight of the solid content of the third dye layer at the most.

The above problem is solved by a protective layer transfer sheet (100) in which a transfer layer (20) is provided on one surface of a substrate (1) so as to be peelable from the substrate (1), wherein the transfer layer (20) comprises a peeling layer (2) and a protective layer (3) which are layered in this order from the substrate; wherein the protective layer (3) includes an acrylic polyol resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of more than 80°C or a polyester polyurethane resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not less than 50 °C; and wherein the peeling layer includes at least one selected from a group consisting of polyester resins, acrylic urethane resins, and epoxy resins.

The above problem is solved by a protective layer transfer sheet in which a transferable protective layer (20) is provided on one surface of a substrate (1) so as to be peelable from the substrate (1), wherein the transferable protective layer (20) has a layered structure in which a first protective layer (3A), and a second protective layer (3B) which is in contact directly with the first protective layer (3A), are provided in this order from the substrate (1) ; the first protective layer contains an epoxy-cured resin in which a reactive resin having a functional group capable of reacting with an epoxy group and having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not less than 60°C is reacted with and cured by an epoxy curing agent; and the second protective layer (3B) contains a polyester resin having a number-average molecular weight (Mn) of not less than 8000 and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not less than 45°C.
