摘要： Disclosed are a touch control unit, an array substrate, a liquid crystal cell substrate and a touch control display device. The touch control unit comprises a plurality of touch control subunits. Each touch control subunit comprises a touch control thin-film transistor (TFT), a sensing capacitor, a reading sensing line and a storage capacitor. The capacitance of the storage capacitor is smaller than that of the sensing capacitor. A storage capacitor is added to stabilize the voltage of a touch control TFT, thereby reducing the interference of noise with the voltage of the touch control TFT, and effectively improving the signal stability of the touch control unit.

摘要： An array substrate (200) of a display device can effectively suppress the interference to liquid crystal modulation by the signals on a data line (1) and improve the transmittance of light rays. The array substrate includes a pixel region defined by the crossing of a gate line and the data line (1). The pixel region is provided therein with a thin film transistor, a pixel electrode (3), and a common electrode (2) cooperating with the pixel electrode (3) to form a multidimensional electric field. The pixel electrode (3) is a slit-shaped electrode and the common electrode (2) is a plate-shaped electrode, or, the pixel electrode (3) is a plate-shaped electrode and the common electrode (2) is a slit-shaped electrode. A first insulation layer (5) is provided between the common electrode (2) and the pixel electrode (3). One end of the plate-shaped electrode is covered above the data line (1), and a second insulation layer (6) is provided between the layer where the plate-shaped electrode is located and the layer where the data line (1) is located. 摘要： Disclosed is a sealant composition, a liquid crystal device and a method for preventing liquid crystal contamination using the sealant composition. The sealant composition consists of 20-30 parts by weight of an ultraviolet polymerizable double bond monomer, 15-20 parts by weight of a heat polymerization monomer, 5-20 parts by weight of a polymerizable oligomer, 0.1-5 parts by weight of a photo initiator, 10-20 parts by weight of a heat curing agent and 0-20 parts by weight of a particulate additive, wherein said polymerizable oligomer is poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate or derivatives thereof. In the invention, through the reaction between the polymerizable oligomers and the polymer of the ultraviolet polymerizable double bond monomers to generate a reticular high molecular polymer, the anchoring effect of the polymer on the surrounding unreacted heat polymerization monomers is effectively enhanced, thereby reducing the contamination of the crystal liquid by the sealant.
