摘要： A display substrate, a preparation method therefor and a display apparatus. The display substrate comprises: a backing substrate (100), a thin film transistor arranged on the backing substrate (100) and a light-shielding layer arranged on the backing substrate (100), the light-shielding layer comprising a first light-shielding layer (200) and a second light-shielding layer (300) in a stacked arrangement, wherein an orthographic projection of an active layer (500) of the thin film transistor on the backing substrate (100) is within an orthographic projection of the light-shielding layer on the backing substrate (100), and the second light-shielding layer (300) comprises nano-particles for absorbing light in a particular wavelength range. The nano-particles may absorb light passing through the first light-shielding layer (200) so as to reduce the issue of an increased leaking current from the thin film transistor caused by light irradiation on the active layer (500), and may also avoid a poor subsequent preparation process for the display substrate caused by section differences as a result of an increased thickness of the first light-shielding layer (200) due to the shielding of the light in the particular wavelength range.
