    • The present invention relates to a method for positioning a drilling arrangement (7), wherein said drilling arrangement (7) is a raise boring arrangement, comprising a rotational centre (29). The method comprises to provide said drilling arrangement (7) carried by a positioning device (21, 31) connected to a carrier means (1) to transport the drilling arrangement (7) to a designated position for drilling by means of said carrier means (1), and positioning said rotational centre (29) of said drilling arrangement (7) beside a relatively the carrier means (1) defined centre line (CL) with the positioning device (21, 31). The invention also relates to a rock drilling configuration comprising said positioning device (21, 31) and said drilling arrangement (7) and a computer program product comprising program code for an electronic control unit associated with the rock drilling configuration for performing the method.
