摘要： The invention relates to a method for analysing macromolecules using a microarray, which consists of several spots in a known arrangement. Said spots comprise a plurality of first macromolecules that differ at least partially. The microarray is located on the surface of a solid body, preferably a chip. According to the method, at least one drop of liquid containing macromolecules is applied to the surface of the solid body, the quantity of liquid being so small that only one spot or a small group of spots of the microarray comes or come into contact with the drop of liquid. After a predetermined time has elapsed, the drop of liquid is displaced onto a subsequent spot or an additional small group of spots with the help of the transmission pulse of a surface sound wave. The spots that come into contact with the drop of liquid are then analysed to identify whether a reaction with the material of said drop has occurred. The invention also relates to a method for producing an analysis device for macromolecules. According to said method, at least one drop of liquid containing at least one type of macromolecule is applied to the surface of a solid body, preferably a chip, whereby the macromolecules have an active group that is activated during a modification of a corresponding external parameter, in order to allow bonding to the surface or to molecules that have already been bonded. The drop is displaced to a desired location on the surface with the help of the transmission pulse of one or more surface sound waves. The external parameter is modified in a homogeneous, non-local manner, permitting the bonding of the macromolecules to form the spot of a microarray, in which macromolecules from the drop of liquid are bonded to the surface. The invention also relates to an analysis device for carrying out the inventive analysis method.

According to said method, a first liquid is conveyed into or onto a first reservoir (3), and a second reservoir (1) is entirely filled with a second liquid. The first and the second liquid are brought in contact with each other via at least one joining duct structure (5) which comprises at least one area that is provided with a smaller cross section than the reservoirs in the viewing direction of the connecting line between the two reservoirs. A laminar flow is created along at least one portion of the joining duct structure, and the liquids are thoroughly mixed in the second reservoir. 摘要： The invention relates to a method for analysing macromolecules with the aid of a microarray on which a plurality of first, initially partially different macromolecules are disposed in a known arrangement. The microarray is arranged on the surface of a solid body on which an area is defined, said area having wetting properties which are different from those of the surrounding solid body surface in such a way that a liquid with a plurality of second macromolecules can preferably reside thereon; the liquid with the second macromolecules is disposed on the solid body surface and at least partially removed once more therefrom and the second macromolecules remaining from the removal process are detected in local resolution mode in order to determine on the basis of the situation thereof which of the first macromolecules have bonded with the second macromolecules. According to said method, at least one dosing reservoir (3) that is connected to a reaction reservoir (1) via at least one joining structure (11) is entirely filled with a first liquid, the at least one joining structure being preferably dimensioned such that the surface tension of the first liquid prevents the same from penetrating into the reaction reservoir, and the reaction reservoir is entirely filled with a second liquid such that the second liquid enters in contact with the first liquid on the joining structure. A flow pattern is created in the liquid at least in or on the reaction reservoir in order to thoroughly mix the liquids. The invention further relates to a device and an apparatus for carrying out the disclosed method as well as one use thereof.
