摘要： A speaker support bar (22) supports a pair of speakers (27) above a vehicle headliner (20). The speaker support bar (22) is positioned vertically above the headliner (20), and thus the uniform appearance of the headliner (20) is preserved. The speaker support bar (22) extends between lateral support ends (26) which transfer the weight of the speakers (27) to the headliner (20) over a wide area, and near the vehicle frame. Thus, the headliner (20) is able to support the weight of the speakers (27). The invention also facilitates the pre-assembly of the headliner (20) and its sound system prior to attachment of the headlinder (20) to the vehicle.

摘要： An improved electrical commutator which is particularly useful in a vehicle steering wheel system, includes sets of wire brushes or fingers on a first plate. The wire brushes or fingers contact plural co-planal rings on a second plate. The two plates rotate relative to each other. The wire brushes or fingers decrease the likelihood that any one of the sets will have a short circuit. Should any one of the wires bend, break, or come out of contact with its associated contact ring, there is a likelihood that at least several of the other wires will remain in contact. In addition, there are plural sets of wire brushes or fingers associated with each of the contact rings, again increasing the likehood that the circuit will remain intact. In other features, the plural sets may be mounted such that circumferentially spaced ones of the sets face opposed directions. In this way, there is no difference in the resistance to rotation, or the quality of the electrical communication, when the wheel is turned either clockwise or counter-clockwise.

The balanced oscillator comprises a resonator for generating a reference signal having a resonating frequency, a first oscillator for providing a first oscillating output in response to the resonating frequency, and a second oscillator for providing a second oscillating output in response to the resonating frequency. The second oscillating output has a magnitude equal to the first oscillating output while oscillating 180 degrees out of phase with the first oscillating output. The present invention further uses a jumper box interconnect to provide a programmed function within the busbar and insulator assembly.
