摘要： The invention concerns a method for preparing aminonitrile and diamine by catalytic hydrogenating dinitrile. It consists of a method for preparing aminonitrile and diamine by catalytic hydrogenating aliphatic dinitrile having 3 to 12 carbon atoms, characterised in that the final reaction mixture, from which the catalyst has been previously separated, is acidified by adding a sufficient amount of a mineral or organic acid before it is subjected to an operation distilling the reaction products and the non-transformed dinitrile. The invention more particularly concerns the preparation of amino-6-capronitrile and hexamethylenediamine by hydrogenating adiponitrile. The amino-6-capronitrile can be hydrolysed in liquid phase or gaseous phase to lead to caprolactame. The hexamethylenediamine can be used in particular for preparing polyamide-66 by reaction with adipic acid.

摘要： Method of recycling a cobalt-containing catalyst in a reaction involving the direct oxidation of cyclohexane into adipic acid using an oxygen-containing gas. The method is characterized in that the reaction mixture, obtained in a preceding stage where the cyclohexane was oxidized into adipic acid, of which at least part of the intermediate oxidation products, such as cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone, the carboxylic acid solvent and water has been separated and of which at least part of the adipic acid formed has been recovered by crystallization, undergoes at least one extraction operation using at least one cosolvent or a mixture comprising a cosolvent and a carboxylic acid. The method is also characterized by the separation of a mixture containing at least part of the cobalt catalyst, part of the carboxylic acid and optionally residual quantities of other compounds and a solution containing the cosolvent and at least part of the glutaric and succinic acids formed during the oxidation reaction, and the carboxylic acid. The mixture containing at least part of the cobalt catalyst is involved in a novel operation for oxidizing cyclohexane into adipic acid, optionally after the addition of an additional quantity of the cobalt catalyst.

摘要： A method for separating a palladium catalyst from the medium in which it dissolved is disclosed. Specifically, the method is useful for separating a palladium catalyst from a medium resulting from a butadiene hydroxycarbonylation reaction producing pentenoic acids. The method therefore comprises at least partially separating the palladium dissolved in a solution that also contains 3-pentenoic acid, and is characterised in that said solution is acidified and stirred with an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution and in that two liquid phases are produced, including an aqueous phase containing all or part of the palladium.

They can be used more particularly as hydrogenating catalysts, for hydrogenating various families of nitrogen compounds, preferably nitriles.
