    • In an arrangement for recreating a model, use is made of an original model (1) of implant and/or tooth remnants (2-5) in a system for producing a dental construction (32). The system includes a reading apparatus (10, 13) and a first levelling function (6). A reproduction of all or part of the original model is created in CAD equipment. The said dental construction is created in the CAD equipment, and the reproduction and the construction are divided up into parts whose axes of inclination and contact surfaces are identified in terms of position and direction. Replicas of the implant and/or tooth remnant parts and the construction parts are produced and mounted on a mounting member (23) after bore holes for the replicas of the tooth remnant parts have been established using boring equipment. The said bore holes are estabished by means of a second levelling function and the bore holes receive positions and longitudinal axis inclinations which correspond to the positions and the inclinations of corresponding axes in the original model. The replicas for the tooth remnant parts can be fixed in terms of angle of rotation in the mounting member with position-fixing members (identification members). The last-mentioned replicas form the recreated model on which the construction replicas can be applied.

    • A system comprises a computer appliance (7) designed to receive, and to present on screen, first information (12) transmitted from identification equipment (6) and based on detection of a jaw bone structure. Modification information which can be introduced into the computer appliance shows a visual dental bridge structure applied on the jaw bone structure with associated teeth and dentine. Orientations for implants are also shown. The computer appliance produces a CAD file which is based on the first information and the modification information. The file is received in a stereolithography machine which issues second information which can be processed in the equipment (9) for production of the physical template with associated through-bores for sleeves which determine recessed positions and directions for the implants. A working model (16) is produced with the aid of the physical template which is also used for hole formation in the jaw bone structure. The invention also relates to an arrangement of a template produced by stereolithography and by means of information from the computer appliance. By means of the invention, the installation of the dental bridge on the patient can be increased at lower cost, with shorter times and a sustained degree of accuracy.

    • A substrate has or is provided on a surface with a first porosity. A dispersion with low-viscosity liquid is applied to the surface in order to form a ceramic layer with a second porosity having preferably larger and/or more pores than in the first porosity. The liquid has the ability to be sucked by capillary force into the first pore formation and, in a first stage, to retain on the surface material and/or liquid particles which do not penetrate into this first pore formation, and which contribute to the continued construction of the layer. In a second stage, the substrate is subjected to sintering in which the particles finally forming the layer are held together with intermediate spaces which consist of or are included in the second porosity, the spaces being formed either by the fact that material and liquid particles separate from the particles finally forming the layer are driven off during the sintering and/or by the fact that the particles forming the layer are chosen with a particle size which means that the last-mentioned particles are held together after the sintering despite the intermediate spaces. The invention also relates to an arrangement. By means of the invention, a dental product can be provided with excellent porosity which is advantageous in connection with dental installations.
