摘要： The invention relates to a cap made of an elastic material, to a method for securing said cap, and to the use thereof. The cap made of an elastic material comprises a main part (GK) which is made of the elastic material and which comprises a cavity (HR), and an exterior (AS) of the main part (GK) is surrounded by a retaining element (MR). An inner face (IF) of a dental prosthetic assembly (ZA) can be adapted to the cap, and the cap has a cavity (HR) inner diameter (ID) which can be matched to the outer diameter (AD) of a male die (KK) such that the cap (SK) produces a releasable connection between the male die (KK) and the dental prosthetic assembly (ZA). The elastic material of the main part is selected such that the resilience of the material allows an adaptation to the outer diameter (AD) of the male die (KK) or an adaptation to the wear of the male die (KK).
