摘要： A bidirectional pressure self-balancing stop valve includes a valve body (1), a valve disc(4), a press ring(16), a valve bonnet(17), a valve rod(19) and a balance hole(21).The valve disc (4) is located inside a chamber of the valve body(1), the press ring (16) is disposed on the upper side of the chamber of the valve body(1). The excircle of the valve disc(4), the press ring(16) and the valve body(1) form an annular groove, inside which is disposed with a composite seal ring that is high temperature resistant or corrosion resistant. The composite seal ring includes an upper washer(14), an upper seal ring(13), an upper distance ring(12), a blocking ring(11), a lower distance ring(10), a lower seal ring(8) and a lower washer(7) from top to bottom. A lower end surface (22) of the upper washer (14) and an upper end surface (25) of the upper distance ring (12) are in the shapes of a conical surface, an inclined plane or a spherical surface, formed by squeezing the upper seal ring (13) towards the internal direction of the valve disc. A lower end surface (26) of the upper distance ring (12) and an upper end surface (28) of the lower distance ring (10) are in the shapes of a cylindrical surface, a conical surface, an inclined plane or a spherical surface, formed by squeezing the blocking ring (11) towards the external direction of the valve body; and a lower end surface (29) of the lower distance ring (10) and an upper end surface (32) of the lower washer (7) are in the shapes of a conical surface, an inclined plane or a spherical surface, formed by squeezing the lower seal ring (8) towards the internal direction of the valve disc. The stop valve have pressure self sealing characteristic and long reliable sealing quality.

In the motor rotor, a rotor core with at least two protruding components is designed. At least two magnetic steels and at least two sheets are disposed in grooves between the at least two protruding components and then coupled to the rotor core with a rotor pressing plate, to fasten the plurality of magnetic steels and the plurality of sheets in the grooves on the rotor core, thereby ensuring reliability of the motor rotor in an axial direction. In addition, one SMC sheet is stacked on each of the magnetic steels, so that an eddy current loss of a permanent magnet can be effectively reduced. Each of the magnetic steels is disposed in a groove between protruding components, and the SMC sheet is added, so that a saliency ratio is increased, a reluctance torque ratio is increased, and a quantity of magnetic steels for use is reduced.

摘要： This application provides a motor rotor, a motor, and an electric vehicle. The motor rotor includes an iron core yoke, a spoke plate, and at least two permanent magnets. The iron core yoke is in a disk shape. The iron core yoke includes an axial direction and a circumferential direction. In this way, reluctance of the quadrature-axis magnetic circuit may be reduced, and quadrature-axis inductance may be increased. Therefore, a reluctance torque is increased, and a torque output capability of the motor is improved.

摘要： Disclosed are methods for the pre-treatment of lignocellulose by adding an alkali or acid reagent during the densification thereof, and for the biotransformation thereof. In the method, an alkali reagent or acid reagent is added to a lignocellulose raw material for a densification pre-treatment to form an alkali- or acid-containing densified lignocellulose with a compressed compact shape, thereby achieving the pre-treatment. The acid or alkali in the pre-treated lignocellulose can further pre-treat the lignocellulose raw material in a mild manner during the subsequent transportation and storage processes. If a subsequent pre-treatment is needed, then the severity thereof is reduced substantially; in addition, the uniform mixing of the acid or alkali with the lignocellulose and a large density of the raw material promote a high efficiency and a high loading capacity of the subsequent pre-treatment of the densified lignocellulose. The method is simple and efficient. The resulting lignocellulose raw material has a large density, will not easily degrade or rot due to the inclusion of an acid or alkali, which is conducive to transportation and storage, and a high equipment utilization rate during the subsequent treatment is achieved.
