      A conveyor (1) for containers, having at least one first single-path travel section (2) and one second travel section (3) which may be of the mutliple-path type is provided with a deviation conveyor (5, 25) formed so as to convey the containers (4) from the first single-path travel section (2) to the second travel section (3), causing the containers (4) to pass through a zone (6) where said containers (4) travel in a suspended condition without resting on their bottom and/or convey the containers (4) to the second section (3), causing them to rotate about themselves through an angle which depends on the inclination, the length and the shape of the deviation conveyor (5, 25) with respect to the direction of the first section (2).

    • The invention falls within the sector of methods and systems for the external inspection of containers.
      The method involves acquisition of the image of the bottles, performed from a single recording zone, while said bottles move forwards rotating about themselves through a predetermined angle.
      The system comprises means (5,6) for rotation of the bottles (2) through a predetermined angle, during their travel in a predetermined zone (12); means (13) which record the image of the lateral surface of said bottles (2) in said zone (12); and a PLC logic which processes said image so as to reconstruct the image of the lateral surface of each bottle (2).

    • Method and apparatus (1) of checking and control of the integrity of the finish of previously corked glass bottles or containers (5), wherein said glass bottles are moved on a conveyor belt; the apparatus (1) comprising optical vision means constituted by a video camera (3), one or more plane-convex or double-convex lenses (6) with non-spherical section, at least one lighting unit.
