摘要： A method for producing a laminated material comprising a lower layer of highly-expanded plasticized polyvinyl chloride with cross-linking and a surface layer of thermoplastic resin sheet laminated on an upper surface of said lower layer, said method comprising; sufficiently heating and kneading raw materials for the lower layer except a cross-linking agent and a blowing agent mixing with the reacting groups in an extruder; adding the cross-linking agent and the blowing agent; heating and kneading the obtained material at or less a reacting temperature of the cross-linking agent and a decomposition temperature of the blowing agent to obtain a sheet; heating the sheet to cross-link and expand the sheet to form the lower layer of cross-linked highly-expanded plasticized polyvinyl chloride; and laminating the surface layer of the thermoplastic resin on the upper surface of the lower layer. The polyvinyl chloride resin is (A) a polyvinyl chloride resin having reacting groups in its molecules, or (B) a mixture of a polyvinyl chloride resin having no reacting groups in its molecules and a thermoplastic resin having reacting groups in its molecules.

摘要： Provided is a thermoplastic elastomer composition from which a sheet showing excellent uniform extensibility and embossing retention over a wide range of forming temperatures can be obtained.
The thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtainable by incorporating (C) 5 to 200% by weight of at least one component selected from an ethylene copolymer resin having a denisty of 0.94 g/cm 3 or lower and a crystalline propylene polymer resin into a crosslinked polymer (II) obtained by subjecting a composition (I) comprising (A) 10 to 75% by weight of a crystalline propylene polymer resin and (B) 90 to 25% by weight of a propylene-olefin copolymer rubber to a dynamic thermal treatment which is carried out in the presence of an organic peroxide.

摘要： A polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer is provided which is excellent in oil resistance as well as in sheet formability, thermoformability, resistance to low temperature embrittlement and other properties.
The thermoplastic elastomer comprises a crosslinked product obtained by dynamic heat treatment, in the presence of an organic peroxide, of a composition comprising: (A) 10 to 80% by weight of a crystalline propylene polymer resin; (B) 50 to 10% by weight of a copolymer of ethylene with a polar group-containing vinyl monomer; (C) 50 to 10% by weight of a copolymer rubber comprising (C1) 5 to 100% by weight of a propylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber having a propylene content of 65 to 90% by weight and (C2) 95 to 0% by weight of an olefin copolymer rubber having a propylene content of 15 to 60% by weight, the total of the components (A), (B) and (C) being 100% by weight; and optionally (D) 50 to 400 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the component (C), of a rubber softener.

摘要： There is provided a sheet-shaped product of a thermoplastic elastomer provided with an embossed pattern on the surface thereof, comprising as a base material a component (II) comprising a thermoplastic elastomer, said elastomer being obtained by subjecting a composition (I) comprising the following components (A) and (B) to dynamic heat treatment carrier out in the presence of an organic peroxide: component (A): from 10 to 75% by weight of an olefin resin containing 50 to 100% by weight of a crystalline propylene polymer resin, and component (B): from 90 to 25% by weight of an olefin copolymer rubber containing 10 to 100% by weight of an olefin-propylene copolymer rubber whose propylene content is from 65 to 90% by weight.
