    • A flexible container (12) having a plurality of walls (16) defining the inside of the flexible container (20) comprising: a spout (10) having a base (14) connected to one of a plurality of walls (16) of the flexible container (12), wherein the spout (10) is generally centrally disposed on the base (14), and the spout (10) extends in a perpendicular direction from the base (14); a generally cylindrical wall defining a passageway (18) in fluid communication with the inside of the flexible chamber (20), the passageway (18) having a top end (22) and a bottom end (24), the passageway (18) being substantially perpendicular to the base (14); and an evacuation structure (26) pivotally connected (30) to the bottom end of the passageway (18), allowing fluid entering the container (12) to pivot or flex the evacuation structure (26) away from the spout (10), and the evacuation structure (26) prohibits the walls (16) from entering the passageway (18) when the container (12) is being evacuated; and wherein the evacuation structure (20) moves away from the spout (10) in response to the filling of the container (12) with liquid and towards the spout (10) in response to the removal of liquid through the spout (10).
