摘要： To provide a machine tool that is capable of limiting degradation of machining efficiency when a cutting tool machines a workpiece by performing one repetitive movement with respect to multiple relative rotations between the workpiece and the cutting tool, and a control apparatus of the machine tool. In the machine tool (100) and the control apparatus (C) thereof, the repetitive movement means is configured so that the cutting tool (130) performs one repetitive movement with respect to multiple relative rotations between the workpiece (W) and the cutting tool (130) and so that a rotation angle of the relative rotation between the workpiece (W) and the cutting tool (130) during relative movement at the second speed is smaller than a rotation angle of the relative rotation during relative movement at the first speed in one repetitive movement, thereby limiting degradation of machining efficiency when the cutting tool (130) machines the workpiece (W) by performing one repetitive movement with respect to multiple relative rotations between the workpiece (W) and the cutting tool (130).

摘要： A machining device, a machining method and a tool for forming a screw bott om surface of a workpiece with fine unevenness are provided.
The machining device (exemplified by a machine tool 100) threading the wor kpiece by relatively rotating the workpiece and a multi-blade tool and relatively mo ving the workpiece and the multi-blade tool along a feed direction to perform multip le times of cutting processes in the radial direction of the workpiece along the same cutting path in a predetermined spiral form. The machining device includes a contr ol section 181 for performing a groove machining to form a threaded portion with vi bration in the radial direction of the workpiece and a finish machining to form the threaded portion by bringing the multi-blade tool into contact with the grooved porti on of the workpiece. The multi-blade tool (exemplified by a tip 131) has a first cutti ng blade (exemplified by a front blade 141) and a second cutting blade (exemplified by a rear blade 142), which has length shorter than length of the first cutting blad e, that are arranged side by side along the feed direction. The control section sets a mplitude of a vibration waveform to a value at which a cutting edge of the second cutting blade does not come into contact with the screw bottom surface of the work piece in the finish machining.

The movement path comprises a plurality of divisional paths divided at predetermined coordinate positions on the movement path. The amplitude control means is adapted to set the amplitude individually for each of the divisional paths.
