摘要： A method for assisting a user to use and/or explore functionalities of a household appliance by using augmented reality is described.
Such a method firstly comprises the steps of acquiring, by a user device, at least one digital video stream of the household appliance or a portion thereof, and recognizing, by electronic processing means, based on the aforesaid digital video stream, a plurality of household appliance points or parts (hot-spots), predetermined as significant, associated with respective stored digital information.
The method then provides highlighting the recognized hot-spots to the user by respective three-dimensional augmented reality contents overlapping and anchored to the aforesaid hot-spots in the household appliance video images shown by a viewing interface of the user device during video framing by the user.
The method then comprises the step of selecting, by the user, at least one hot-spot of interest by a selection interaction on the respective three-dimensional augmented reality content, and providing the user with the stored digital information associated with the respective selected significant point or part by projecting or displaying the aforesaid stored digital information onto the viewing interface of the user device.

- in a detection time interval during the acceleration of the linen drum in rotation from the initial speed (v_init) equal to zero up to the predetermined maximum speed (v_max), detecting the inrush current (I_inrush) absorbed by the electric motor (14), the rotation speed (v) of the electric motor (14), and the time (t) (STP_2),

B) calculating for each individual inrush step a rotational power parameter (P) generated by the electric motor (14) depending on the inrush current (I_inrush) (STP_3),
C) calculating for the entire first sequence of consecutive inrush steps an average value (P_avg) of the rotational power parameters (P) calculated for the individual inrush steps (STP_5),
D) determining the mass (M) of the linen in the linen drum (5) depending on the average value (P_avg) of the rotational power parameters (P) and predetermined parameters (P_0, A) characterizing the washing machine (1) (STP_13).
