[Solution]
A railway vehicle in which an upper floor forming a floor is laid down on a top surface side of an underframe includes: a protruding part provided along a longitudinal direction of the underframe, on the top surface of the underframe; an elastic member arranged along the longitudinal direction of the underframe and having a bottom surface fixed to the top surface of the underframe or a top surface of a horizontal piece of the protruding part; and a support member fixed to a top surface of the elastic member and fixed to a bottom surface of the upper floor; wherein the protruding part and the support member are formed in such a way that the protruding part locks movement of the support member into a direction away from the top surface of the underframe.

摘要： Provided is a high mobility railroad vehicle system configured to reciprocally carry out a direct drive between a non-electrically driven section and an electrically driven section without installing new facilities such as oil supply equipment and without considering distinction between the non-electrically and electrically driven sections. A railroad vehicle system is provided with an overall control apparatus to respectively control an external electric power supply means, an internal electric power supply means, an electricity storage means, electric power conversion means and a motor driving means. The railroad vehicle system judges or previously notifies as to whether the present driving railroad section is the electrically driven section or non-electrically driven section in accordance with driving position information received from a position information generation means such as a ground facility on a railroad equipped outside of the vehicle and a global positioning system (GPS). The system cuts off from an external electric power source in the non-electrically driven section and carries out a smooth shifting control in order to connect to the external electric power source in the electrically driven section.

The coolers are arranged at both end portions in a vehicle-body width direction 510 under the underframe 12 so as to face to each other and form airflows 500 from the both end portions in the vehicle-body width direction 510 toward the center of the vehicle body by using air blowers 30 and 30. The airflows 500 that have collided at the center of the vehicle body change directions as airflows 501 to be sent toward the electrical wiring gutters 44. With this, the electrical wiring gutters 44 are cooled, and the main circuit electrical wires 42 and the control electrical wires 40 received therein are prevented from overheating to a temperature at which insulation deterioration occurs.

The lower surfaces of the side beams (11) and the lower surfaces of the center beams (14) are separated by the same distance in the vertical direction of the vehicle body from the lower surface of an underframe (10), and a sufficient space is present between the lower surface of the underframe (10) and the upper surface of the bolster beam (15). A wire/pipe module (60) is routed through the space. Pipes can be routed straight. In addition, assembling connectors for connecting wires, wires, and pipes in advance by outwork can minimize work at the site for manufacturing the vehicle body, and bundling wires and pipes together into a module facilitates the mounting of the wires and pipes to the vehicle body. The above configuration can reduce cost and lead time required to manufacture the vehicle body.
