The reciprocating plunger has identical working surface area on opposite first and second axial faces. A pumping system has a double-action reciprocating plunger with upward- and downward-facing spacers. The plunger travels axially within a proportioning cylinder with first inlet and outlet ports at a first axial end, and second inlet and outlet ports at an opposite second axial end. When the plunger is at its top-most position, the upward-facing plunger occludes the first inlet and outlet ports without blocking flow. When the plunger is at its bottom-most position, the downward-facing plunger occludes the second inlet and outlet ports without blocking flow.

摘要： A method, device, and nozzle for dispensing cooled lubricant is provided. Lubricant is supplied to the nozzle through an inner lubricant tube. Cooled compressed gas is also supplied to the nozzle through a conduit which surrounds the inner lubricant tube. Cooled compressed gas from the conduit is introduced into a nozzle gas bore in the nozzle and lubricant is introduced into a nozzle lubricant bore in the nozzle. The cooled compressed gas and the lubricant are mixed at a junction between these bores, such that the lubricant is siphoned into the junction by the cooled compressed gas. The mixture of cooled compressed gas and lubricant are then dispensed from an aperture in the nozzle, preferably as a fine atomized mist of cooled lubricant

摘要： A spray system includes a fluid source, a sprayer, a pump cylinder, a plunger, a pump motor, first and second inlet and outlet valves, a plurality of valve seals, a seal lubricant reservoir, and gravity fed seal lubricant lines. The pump cylinder is disposed fluidly between the fluid source and the sprayer. The plunger is situated within the pump cylinder and positioned by a displacement rod. The pump motor is configured to drive the displacement rod so as to reciprocate the plunger within the pump cylinder. The valve seals are disposed about the each of the first and second inlet and outlet valves. The lubricant seal lines carry seal lubricant from the reservoir to each of the valve seals.

摘要： Method and System of lubricating at least one moving part with a medium. The medium includes a dissolved mixture of lubricant and compressed gas. The amount of lubricant and compressed gas may be controlled in forming the dissolved mixture in response to input conditions. A user and/or external factors may be used to determine the input conditions. In response to the input conditions the amount of lubricant and compressed gas is delivered to the moving part that is housed in a pressurized chamber. The properties of the dissolved mixture can be adjusted, whereby the properties may include, but are not limited to, the following: viscosity, temperature, and thermal conductivity. This adjustment to the gas may be accomplished, for example, by releasing gas from the pressurized chamber in an amount to adjust the properties. In a further approach, lubricant may be scavenged from the pressurized chamber by returning surplus lubricant to its original source or other designated location.
