摘要： A system for dispensing abrasive materials includes a transfer pump configured to pump abrasive material to a metering pump configured to pump the abrasive material to an application. Dynamic interfaces within the pumps are at least partially formed by sleeved components of the pump interfacing with a seal configured to engage with the sleeved surface during relative movement between the sleeved surface and the seal. The smooth exterior surfaces of the sleeves interface with the seals to prevent abrasive particulate in the material from adhering to the sleeve, preventing the abrasive particulate from being pulled between the sleeve and the seal.

摘要： A bead flow sensor module includes a housing, a beam, and a sensor. The beam extends into a flow channel of the housing through which a flow of beads and compressed air flows. The sensor outputs a signal indicative of bead impacts on the beam. A system incorporating the bead flow sensor module includes a compressed air source, a bead hopper, and a bead dispenser. The compressed air source delivers a flow of compressed air to the bead hopper. A flow of beads carried by the compressed air discharges from the bead hopper along a flow pathway connecting the bead hopper to the bead dispenser. The bead flow sensor module positioned along the flow pathway outputs the signal from which a bead flow volume through the bead dispenser is determined.

a speed control input for inputting a constant speed level; and control circuitry configured to receive the one or more signals, receive the constant speed level, and manage delivery of electrical battery power to the electric motor to control a speed of the driver; wherein the control circuitry is further configured to control the electric motor to accelerate the driver forward based on the one or more signals indicating actuation of the pedal within a first portion of the range, the power delivered to the electric motor for forward acceleration proportional to the degree of actuation of the at least one pedal through the first portion of the range such that the speed of the driver is variable based on the degree of actuation of the pedal within the first portion of the range; and to control the electric motor to accelerate the driver forward to the constant speed level based on the one or more signals indicating actuation of the pedal to a second portion of the range, wherein the second portion of the range is distinct from the first portion of the range, and the second portion of the range corresponds with further actuation of the at least one pedal with respect to the first portion of the range.
