摘要： An electrosurgical energy delivery apparatus incudes an energy delivery circuit (210a), a control circuit (210b, 275) and an energy-harvesting system (260) with a plurality of energy-harvesting circuits (250, 350, 450, 550, 750) and a voltage regulator (258, 358, 458, 758) that provides a regulated DC voltage to the energy delivery circuit and/or the control circuit. The energy delivery circuit receives an electrosurgical energy signal having a primary frequency and selectively provides the electrosurgical energy signal to an energy delivery element. The control circuit connects to the energy delivery circuit and selectively enables the flow of electrosurgical energy to the energy delivery element. 摘要： Catheter apparatuses, systems, and methods for achieving renal neuromodulation by intravascular access are disclosed herein. One aspect of the present application, for example, is directed to apparatuses, systems, and methods that incorporate a catheter treatment device comprising an elongated shaft. 摘要： A polypectomy device and method which includes a snare cable (7), a fixed jaw (5) and moveable jaw (6). The snare cable is routed through both the fixed jaw and the moveable jaw. The snare cable forms a hoop for encircling the polyp. Shortening the snare cable positions the jaws about the base of the polyp and further shortening the cable closes the jaws.
