    • A wheelchair (10) having a chassis (12) formed of flat plate (34) which is folded to define a lower chassis (38), an upper chassis (40), and a chassis back (42). The lower and the upper chassis (38, 40) each have a pair of elongated substantially parallel arms (48) that extend from respective land portions of the chassis (12). The arms (48) define openings (45, 47 and 50) in distal portions for receiving caster wheels (14). Drive wheels (16) connect to axle mounts (15) that are selectively positioned for track, camber, and height, which axle mounts (15) connect to the chassis back (42). A seat support (18) attaches to the chassis (12) for supporting a person in the wheelchair (10) and includes independently adjustable height, longitudinal position relative to a seat back, and angle. A pair of push handles (26) attach to the chassis back (42) and pivotally connect to the seat support for selective positioning of the angle of the back.
