    • An object of the present invention is to miniaturize a connector.
      Auxiliary connectors 10 of a plurality of sizes are prepared. Each auxiliary connector 10 includes an auxiliary housing 11, a sealing member 40 attached to the rear surface of the auxiliary housing 11, and a rear holder 50 mounted on the rear surface of the sealing member 40 to retain the sealing member 40. Two auxiliary connectors 10 adjacent to each other in an arranging direction are united with each other by means of the rear holders 50. The respective united auxiliary connectors 10 are inserted into a frame 60 in the arranging direction through an insertion opening 60A of the frame 60, and are retained in the frame 60 by the resilient engagement of a lock portion 50B provided on the last auxiliary connector 10A and an interlocking portion 61 of the frame 60. Since partition walls between the respective auxiliary connectors 10 are deleted from the frame 60, the connector can be narrowed by as much as a total thickness of the partition walls.
