      a recessed region (2a) formed in a lateral surface of said padding, wherein the padding has a cushioning property; a trim cover element (4) bonded to surfaces of said padding, and at least one flexible portion (21, 22, 30), wherein each flexible portion is defined in a respective predetermined area of a surface of the recessed region of said padding, each said flexible portion being so formed as to be flexed by a downward load applied thereto; and an adhesive sheet material (6, 60) having at least one through-opening region (51, 52, 61) formed therein, said sheet material being interposed between said padding and said trim cover element to bond the trim cover element to the padding, such that each said through-opening of the sheet material is situated at a location corresponding to one of said at least one flexible portions of said padding, thereby defining thereat a non-bonding area (41, 42, 33) where said padding and said trim cover element are precluded from being bonded to each other.

    • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Fahrzeugsitzes, der einen Hartschaumkörper mit nach mindestens einer Seitenfläche hin offenen Kanalkonturen aufweist, in denen ein separater Drahtrahmen eingesetzt und mit mehreren im Bereich der Kanalkonturen ausgestalteten Vorsprüngen und/oder Hinterschneidungen kraft- und/oder formschlüssig lagefixiert wird. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein derartiges Verfahren zu schaffen, mit dem - bezogen auf den Drahtquerschnitt - größere Überdeckungen als bisher durch die am Hartschaumkörper ausgestalteten Vorsprünge oder Hinterschneidungen erreicht werden können. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass zunächst ein erster Draht in eine erste Kanalkontur des Hartschaumkörpers eingelegt wird, dass danach ein zweiter Draht in eine, die erste Kanalkontur in einem Winkel schneidende zweite Kanalkontur derart eingelegt wird, dass der erste Draht und der zweite Draht im Bereich der sich schneidenden ersten und zweiten Kanalkontur in direktem Kontakt aufeinander liegen, dass nachfolgend weitere Drähte in weiteren sich jeweils schneidenden Kanalkonturen des Hartschaumkörpers derart eingelegt werden, dass jeder Draht zumindest in einem Bereich von zwei sich schneidenden Kanalkonturen in direktem Kontakt auf zumindest einem anderen Draht aufliegt und dass abschließend an mindestens einigen der sich durch jeweils zwei aufeinander liegende Drähte ergebenden Schnittstellen diese jeweils zwei Drähte durch Schweißen miteinander verbunden werden.
