摘要： A check valve (12) comprises a housing(24), a fluid passage, a seat, a valve member and a stop (14). The fluid passage extends through the housing. The seat is disposed in the fluid passage. The valve member is positioned in the passage to engage the seat. The stop extends through the housing to engage the valve member. The stop is accessible from outside the housing to adjust a distance the valve member can travel from the seat. In one embodiment, the stop includes a variable stop feature, such as an offset pin or a cam. In another embodiment, the stop includes a pump control valve. In yet another embodiment, the housing includes markings to indicate a position of the stop. The valve member comprises a ball or a poppet in different embodiments.

摘要： A regulator pump provides disconnects an inflow from an outflow, such that a downstream pressure is unaffected by an upstream pressure. The regulator pump receives a fluid through an input valve, while an output valve remains in a closed position. The fluid continues to flow to the regulator pump until the regulator pump is full. With the regulator pump filled with the fluid, the inlet valve shifts to a closed position, thereby isolating the regulator pump chamber from the fluid source. The regulator pump drives the fluid downstream to an applicator with the inlet valve closed. The regulator pump fully isolates the upstream fluid from the downstream fluid such that the upstream pressure has no effect on the downstream pressure.

摘要： A handheld airless fluid dispensing device comprises a pump (18), a drive element (20) and an orifice element (14). The pump directly pressurizes a fluid. The drive element supplies power to the pump. The orifice element is connected to the pump and atomizes un-thinned architectural coating to a particle size of no greater than approximately 150 microns. The pump generates orifice pressures up to approximately 2.48 MPa and the orifice has an area of approximately 18.7 mm 2 . The pump, drive element and orifice element are integrated into a handheld housing (12) whereby the pump comprises a reciprocating piston fluid pump comprising at least two pumping chambers (266, 268) configured to be actuated out of phase by at least one piston. In another embodiment, the reciprocating piston fluid pump comprises two pistons having different displacements that are linearly actuated by a wobble assembly driven by a gear reducer and an electric motor.

摘要： A protection mechanism for a lubricant reservoir is mounted within a valve protection chamber disposed on an actuator. The protection mechanism includes a valve actuating plate and an elastic member biasing the valve actuating plate upwards. The actuator is pushed upwards by a rising level of lubricant as the lubricant reservoir is filled. When the reservoir is full, the actuator causes the valve actuating plate to contact a valve stem. The valve actuating plate pushes the valve stem up to shut off a flow of lubricant to the reservoir through the shut off valve. During an overfill event the actuator shifts upward due to the rising level of the lubricant in the reservoir. As the actuator shifts upward, the elastic member compresses such that valve actuating plate remains static relative to the lubricant reservoir as actuator rises.
