    • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen quetschbaren Behälter (1), insbesondere für Speiseeis, mit einem sich von einer Behälteröffnung (2) nach unten verjüngenden Körper (3), dessen Körperwand (4) durch eine in einem Überlappungsbereich (5) entlang von linker und rechter Mantellinie (6, 7) zusammengehaltener Mantelfläche (9) gebildet ist, welcher am unteren Körperende (8) einen flachgedrückten Endbereich (17) aufweist. Dieser Behälter soll dahingehend verbessert werden, daß der Behälter auch bei fortgesetzter Beanspruchung dicht ist, wobei er gleichzeitig die Vorteile des bekannten Behälters beibehält und einfach herstellbar ist. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß im Endbereich (17) in wenigstens einer Mantellinie (6, 7) ein zur anderen Mantellinie (6, 7) offener Ausschnitt (10, 11) ausgebildet ist, der zumindest teilweise im Überlappungsbereich (5) angeordnet ist.
